This Manteo project brought new life to a weathered exterior with a full deck and privacy fence rebuild. The original structure showed significant wood rot and deterioration, so we replaced all compromised framing with pressure-treated lumber built to last in coastal conditions. The new multi-level deck offers a solid, functional space for outdoor access, while the privacy fencing adds both security and visual appeal. Designed for durability and seamless integration with the home’s style, this renovation enhances both safety and curb appeal for years to come.
