This coastal renovation gave the “Breakaway” beach house a brand-new life with a full deck rebuild designed to maximize both durability and outdoor enjoyment. The original structure had weathered over time, so we reinforced the framework and installed new pressure-treated wood for strength against the harsh ocean climate. Expansive upper and lower decks provide plenty of space for gathering, while modern horizontal railings add a clean, updated aesthetic. Fresh stairs and a new perimeter fence ensure safe access and a cohesive look from every angle. This project not only restored structural integrity but also created a welcoming coastal retreat built to last for years of seaside relaxation.
